The Ohio Park Neighborhood Association (OPNA) organized in 2004 to address the issues faced in our community. The OPNA is bordered by 6th Street going West to 13th Street, Oklahoma going South to Morgan/Holt, and including Eden Place. Our neighborhood is comprised of approximately 1,100 households. Meetings are held to address issues that impact the neighborhood and to announce events that will benefit all neighbors. A volunteer steering committee meets regulary to organize events throughout the year. Past events have included the Spring Clean Up in May, National Night Out in August, and Night Time Halloween Trick-or-Treating.

OPNA holds its meetings in the Ohio Park Pavilion. OPNA does not charge membership dues and is available to address your neighborhood concerns. If you are interested in attending any of the meetings or volunteering for any of our events, please contact a steering committee member using the contact link above.

Thanks for checking in with YOUR neighborhood and we hope to see you soon!

It would appear,  we as a neighborhood,  are having some break-in's again this summer, information sent to us from our local neighbors can be found on the Neighborhood Postings Page, tab above and also on our Facebook page. Please be aware and report any suspicious activity immediately to the Milwaukee Police at 933-4444. Thank you, we want to keep our community safe, together we can.

10/17/2014 Today, my husband came home around 10:30 a.m. because he had forgotten something at home and found two men wandering around our yard, with one of them on our porch. They entered our yard through our gate in the alley.  They had a car parked in the alley and had walked all through our yard. The car was a green four door that was either an Oldsmobile or Buick. They were very young, Latino males who were well dressed. My husband told them to leave, and we called the police. The neighbor across our alley said he saw them do the same thing in the yard next to us.My husband spoke with officers when they came to patrol. Our neighbor in the alley behind us said that he saw them do the same thing in the yard next to us as well. We live on the 3200 block of 12th Street.
